Strategic Planning Meeting 2020

In February 2020, eight members who comprise Friend’s Board of Directors, plus our Administrative Assistant, met over lunch to discuss our direction moving forward as well as the necessary steps towards growing the organization. From revamping our website, growing our education endowment, creating special mountain maps, potentially hiring consultants and staff, and holding special events designed to include young people, the Board came up with a blueprint to implement over the next couple of years.
