May 14 – Land Use Workshop
On Wednesday 14, Save Rural Loudoun, Bluemont Historic Village and The Snickersville Turnpike Association will sponsor a Land Use Workshop at the Bluemont Community Center.
The workshop will show how rural landowners can generate income from their land including qualifying for lower real estate taxes from farming and open space easements; grants to plant trees and protect slopes; and conservation easements. No fee or registration required.
Friends of the Blue Ridge Mountains will discuss the Western Loudoun Zoning Ordinance Amendment (ZOAM 2024-0002).
